THIS DAY IN WW2 (28.3.40)
From Paris... In their Supreme War Council, the British and French decide to make a formal agreement that neither will make a separate peace. In the same meeting it is also decided to mine Norwegian coastal waters and, if the Germans seem ready to interfere, to send a military expedition to Norway.
