THIS DAY IN WW2 (2.10.40)
Over Britain... There are numerous raids over southeast England by high-flying German Me109 fighter-bombers. British Spitfire fighters disrupt most of the attacks. A few bombs are dropped over southeastern London. Many retiring German planes jettison their payload over Kent and Sussex.
TODAY IN MY LIFE
Re-grounding after an upsetting day yesterday. Blogging and housework.
TODAY'S THOUGHT
Knowing the fate of others is upon your shoulders is a strong incentive to survive.
TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
When my equilibrium is disturbed, I now know what to do. A time out, a night's sleep, re-grounding in the morning restores functionality in less than 24 hours.
TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you adapting to changes as they happen?
TODAY'S ONELINER
Regular naps prevent old age... especially if you take them while driving. : D
TODAY'S TUNE I LIKE
A superior power-ballad

TRIVIA
In the Western Hemisphere, coffee drinkers outnumber tea drinkers by a ratio of 9 to 1.
TODAY'S AFFIRMATION
No setback or discouragement can stop me from doing what is right!
