TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I am relieved to discover that my new attitude of mindfulness has "stuck" and now I am ready to extend it into all interactions.

TODAY'S THOUGHT
Whether you co-operate with it or not, your destiny will unfold, but to accept it will bring peace with it.

TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What will you do when ideas you have accepted for so long no longer match your experience?

TODAY'S ONELINER
If it's better than sex you're doing it wrong! : D

TRIVIA
In the Falklands War of 1982, all the action took place on just on the island of East Falkland. The equally large island of West Falkland saw no shots fired at all.

Love, gentleness and kindness floods through me and out of me.
