TRIVIA
Because the Earth orbits the sun every 365.25 days, every four years an extra day has to be added to the calendar (a leap year), to keep the calendar year in sync with the solar year.

From 1968 to 1971 as an experiment, instead of changing the clock twice a year, the UK government abolished GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and used just BST (British Summer Time) all year round. It proved very unpopular. Children went to school in the dark in Winter, and farmer's productivity was affected. However, road accidents decreased. The experiment was too unpopular to continue and alternate times of GMT and BST were restored.

TODAY'S AFFIRMATION
This moment is highly precious and I will maximise its' potential.
